Company is a fast growing mobile advertising technology startup from Barcelona, with offices in Bengaluru, London and Beijing. Our mission is to keep growing our community of app developers. Tappx enables app developers to promote their apps for free by exchanging advertisement with other members of the community. Along with this, Tappx also enables app developers and 3rd party traffic sources to monetize their traffic with Tappx programmatic SSP.

Reached break-even point in just 1 year, and have maintained a double-digit growth since day one, and just after the year we jump profitable! Today we manage over 100 Billion requests a month from around the world, working with global app developers such as Cheetah Mobile, Zeptolab, or Etermax amongst other 16,000 members.



We are looking for a dynamic, highly-motivated Country Manager for our operations in India. You will establish and develop strong relationships with mobile publishers from India, and partners from the AdTech ecosystem. Also manage a talented team to continue growing the business.

Build and establish strong relationships with big app developers and publishers.

Lead and take responsibility for new business development.

Close deals with partners from the AdTech ecosystem.

Coordinate a team of Business Developers and Account Managers, as well as hire the right people to complement the team and scale the revenue managed from the India office.

Be up to date with recent developments and trends within the mobile advertising industry.



–             Indian person

–             Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketing and Sales in an AdTech company working with mobile apps and publishers is a must

–             Fluent English

–             Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

–             Independent and auto-motivated, achievement orientated to deliver business results, business acumen

–             Skills to hire and manage a team of Business Developers and Account Managers
