Job Description

Experience: 4-6 Years

Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Bangalore

Principal accountabilities of the role:

·         Responsible for designing, owning and implementing a pan-India marketing strategy

·         Deploy both online and offline channels to reach recruit and retain (R3) clients & stakeholder.

·         Co-own company's primary asset, create visibility and drive user traffic and registrations

·         Own our SEO, SEM, SMM, ORM and digital campaigns

·         Drive offline direct marketing and advertising

·         Lead our public relations efforts (online and offline)

·         Content and collateral creation

·         Collaborate with external agencies and partners

·         Partner with sales teams to understand the VoC (Voice-of-customers) and craft bespoke outreach programs

·         Collaborate extensively with head of technology to ensure our firm is extremely relevant to business needs of customers.

·         Track competition, developments and trends in relation to company’s business.

Desired qualification/experience:

·         4-6 years of experience in B2C digital marketing, with exposure to ecommerce (preferred, but not mandatory)

·         Knowledge, experience and ability to implement SEO/SEM and digital advertising campaigns. Should be able to own and run these independently. Any certifications from google would be a plus

·         Ability to positively disrupt, willingness to think differently

·         Impeccable English. Ability to develop B2B content a must

·         A self-starter with an ability spot opportunities and grab them

·         Ability to think creatively and come up with radical solutions – even at the risk of sounding crazy

·         Is comfortable in an early stage start-up environment – moving targets, constant change, confusion and excitement

·         Most importantly – believes in team sport and spirit
