Job Description

Experience:  1-4 Years

Position: Sales Officer

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Location: Richards town & Whitefield , Bangalore

 Experience: 1 to 3 Years in a Sales/Marketing/Media/Business Development Role.

Key Skills:

1.      Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

2.      Ability to work independently, with little supervision.

3.      Knowledge and ability to use a personal computer and software applications such as Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint.

4.      Good knowledge of the property market.


1.      Management of the Whitefield office, support staff and presentation of the show home on site.

2.      Key responsibility would be to generate business for the organization. This includes, but not limited to building up and maintaining a target list of potential clients, pitching to potential new clients.

3.       Effective and committed involvement in various promotional activities at an organizational level.

4.      Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

5.      Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

6.      Involved in cold calling and obtaining regular raw data from the company for lead generation.

7.      Effective reporting to Line Manager.

8.      MIS to Management/ Business development.

9.      Develop strong Property Consultants Network; Identify and appoint new channel partners to enhance sales.

10.  Design and implement sales strategy based on Customer Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Industry trends.
