Roles and Responsibility:

Roles and responsibilities:

New Business development

Its mainly  B 2 B marketing

Lead generation

Telecalling to fix appointments 

Handling all QC aspects of Plastic Injection molding and its processes.

To fix meeting with Key people in company mainly the decision makers

Meeting mostly purchase department key personnel, Directors, CEO, Proprietors whoever is the decision maker in the organization

Interact till the lead gets translated to business and further follow up for new orders and repeat orders

Once client has been developed to hand over to our portfolio relationship team to take over for further development

And move on with Newer client development

Will be assigned with a Quantum of business on monthly basis as target

Pay will be Fixed + Variable 

Desired Candidate:
Looking for People From Plastic Injection molding background with minimum 3yrs of experience, with QC management experience and should be ready to do Business development also for the organization.
